Crossfit Repercussion.

Founded by Ex military members, CrossFit Repercussion is an organization dedicated to the improvement of human performance and a return to functionality.  Here, you won’t see people jamming to their headsets while reading magazines on elliptical trainers.  Nor will you find high-tech weightlifting machines, yoga balls, or the latest in fitness gimmickry.  The tools of our trade are much simpler and are used for exercises that are more primal in nature.

We believe the movements and exercises used in training should look normal outside of the training environment we include running, jumping, squatting, throwing, pushing, pulling, and climbing.  By training in these movements, we are reconditioning our bodies to function in the manner that they were designed.
